Return & Refund Policy

 

As all our products are food items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All goods are exempt from being returned as they are Perishable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items under specific conditions - if they are defective or damaged and are un-opened. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at consumercare@expressfoods.in and send your item to:

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days. For prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the account/card.

 

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded before your shipment has been dispatched. Please email us at consumercare@expressfoods.in with any questions or needed support. We will be unable to cancel orders once the order has shipped.

 

Shipping of the Item

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Express Foods Pvt Ltd., 7B Wankhede Stadium, North Stand, Churchgate, Mumbai 400020.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
